TEXAS SAUSAGE BALLS

    2 pounds sausage, hot or mild
    1½ pounds cheddar cheese; shredded
    6 cups Bisquick (or biscuit mix)
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

    Mix all ingredients together. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until brown. Serves 12-15.
