Cut steak into six serving size pieces. Combine flour, paprika, salt and pepper on plate; mix well. Dredge steak in mixture, coating well. Heat oil in 12” iron skillet over medium heat. Add floured steak and brown on both sides (about 10 minutes). Pour off excess oil from skillet. Full Article
Cut sirloin steak into 1” pieces, brown steak in oil. Add onion and peppers, potatoes and sauce in a covered dish until potatoes are tender. Simmer for 30-45 minutes, turning occasionally. Serves 4 to 6 people. Full Article
