Split wieners lengthwise. In the split, add small strip of cheese and a piece of green pepper of mango. Wrap a slice of bacon around it, and hold together by a toothpick. Roast in medium oven until edges of meat are browned. Full Article
Sift together corn meal mix and pepper. Add egg, milk and shortening. Beat with rotary beater until smooth. Dip wieners into batter; drain. Fry in hot deep fat (375 degrees) 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper towel. Full Article
Prepare 1 package of cornbread mix according to directions and cover bottom of 9x12” pan. Add browned sausage, onion, layer jalapenos, peas, cheese. Mix second package of prepared mix and cover entire dish. Cook until golden brown and cornbread separates from pan. Full Article

In a small bowl, mix parsley flakes, 3 tablespoons flour, 1 teaspoon thyme leaves, and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Rub inside and out of roast with 1 teaspoon salt, then coat outside with flour mixture. Place roast rib ends down in a large roasting pan. Roast in 325 degree oven 2 hours. Full Article
